Located on both campuses, towne homes give you room to entertain and enjoy spacious surroundings without being responsible for interior and exterior maintenance. Two components comprise the cost of a towne home. There is a monthly amenity and service fee and a one-time entrance fee, a significant portion of which is refunded when you vacate the accommodation

The red brick towne homes form their own charming neighborhood at the entrance to the Clark on Franklin campus. All have full kitchens, walk-in closets,
living rooms, dining rooms, attached garages, forced air heat and central air conditioning. Many already have three season porches or they may be added to
