Job Description

Clark Retirement Community is currently looking for an energetic, fun, loving and compassionate person to fill our Keller Center Coordinator role! The successful candidate will have had experience working in a Skilled Nursing environment for at least two years and has helped provide care to Residents and attending to their daily needs. Great organization and prioritization skills are a must for this role, while you provide scheduling and payroll assistance to the CNA staff.  If you think you're the right person for this job, please see below for a variety of tasks that you will be needed to accomplish on a day-to-day basis. *Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list.

Requirements

  • Manage the daily schedule of employees; manage time sheets and time off requests

  • Schedule resident appointments as well as transportation and staff assistance as necessary

  • Help assist medical providers during rounds

  • Collect payroll-based journal (PBJ) data monthly and provide to Human Resources

  • Help coordinate with the Transition Coordinator new admission room readiness

  • Assist with Life Enrichment activities

  • Assist employees on the floor as needed, particularly meal assistance daily

  • Provide clerical, administrative and system coordination

  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Valid CNA certification for the state of Michigan

  • 2 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing environment

  • 2 years of experience with scheduling and payroll processes

  • High School or GED required; some college preferred
