We are seeking part-time and full-time certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Clark, a Life Plan Community that provides assisted living, memory support, and Medicare-certified skilled nursing. As a CNA on our team, you’ll be providing service to residents in a person-centered and professional manner to ensure each resident’s comfort and well-being. We have a variety of work schedules available on 1st and 2nd shift with reliable and consistent rotations. Currently, we do not have 3rd shift openings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with residents and families to create opportunities for residents to direct their daily care and living experience
  • Supports resident’s level of independence regarding personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to dressing and grooming, bathing, dental and mouth care, dining and nutrition, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs
  • Measures, reports and documents vital signs
  • Documents daily care-giving activities and related findings
  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy of the resident
  • Participates in and implements individualized resident care plans
  • Regularly facilitates activities and meaningful engagement
  • Plan menus, prepare and serve meals and snacks according to household menu and resident preferences
  • Welcomes residents and families to join in daily life on the households.

Requirements:

Valid Nurse Aide Certification in Michigan
