Clark Retirement is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee a 39 bed LTC unit and a 86 bed HFA unit. These accommodations are located within our Franklin main campus building. This is a great opportunity to lead an exceptional group of clinical staff who prioritize person-centered care and hospitality for our residents. This opportunity does not include any rehab oversight.

This position requires extensive knowledge of compliance and safety regulations for both residents and staff in 2 licensed areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increasing occupancy and fostering a growing community of lively residents
  • Interviewing and making hiring decisions about incoming leadership applicants
  • Oversee QAPI and all other survey requirements with the support of the Director of Nursing and clinical staff
  • Lead while promoting the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Directly support and report to the Executive Director
  • Host and collaborate with other leaders to educate and share expertise
  • Write or revise policies and procedures based on current and upcoming trends and changes in the industry


Candidates with State of Michigan Nursing Home Administrator Licenses are encouraged to apply. An active State of Michigan Nursing License is not required, but a plus!

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Long Term Care.
