Clark is seeking a highly talented Senior Living Advisor. This role requires an individual who is skilled at developing a keen understanding of the needs and desires of prospective residents and their family members and a drive to close sales. In addition, you will proactively build relationships with community members of the Greater Grand Rapids area, in order to enhance referral opportunities.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Achieve and exceed sales goals to achieve occupancy levels
Develop successful relationships with referral sources
Promote the Clark brand and all that our Life Plan Community offers
Utilize CRM software to track outgoing contact efforts, current leads, and follow-up results
Participate in the Sales team on-call evening, weekend, and holiday rotation
