Keller Lake Construction Update: April 2021 – Model Apartment is Open for Tours!

Spring is finally here, and as we are able to do more activities and resume more normal lives, we are very pleased to welcome in-person tours. We have some pretty exciting news to share about the Keller Lake Apartment Homes, so read on to find out what it is…

Here are the highlights of our construction progress:

• Our model apartment home is complete! Now you’ll be able to see and experience what your new home would be like at Keller Lake. Schedule a tour of our model apartment home below.
• Building drywall is in place and the cabinet and door installation has begun.
• Building plumbing is complete, fire safety, and electrical work, and the drywall will be complete soon.
• External work has begun on the buildings, as the weather continues to improve, this will ramp up even more.
