Keller Lake Construction Update: August 2021

The official countdown to Move-In Day at Keller Lake has begun! While the days of summer may be fading, the excitement of welcoming our residents in early October is growing. Read on to find out just how close we are to Move-In Day. 

Here are the highlights of our construction progress:

• On the exterior, landscapers have been busy planting new trees and plants, mulch and the irrigation system.
• In building three, carpentry work continues on the first floor with the addition of the new reception area, bistro booths and trim details to give the space a fresh new look. On the second and third floors, the units are undergoing their final construction clean.
• In building one, the crews are finalizing any loose ends inside each resident unit. As items are completed room-by-room, we are closing the doors and preparing the units for their final construction clean!
• In building two, the painters are wrapping up the last of their work inside the resident units. With the painting just about complete, the flooring contractor has been busy installing the carpet inside the resident units.
