Keller Lake Construction Update: May 2021

The weather is getting warmer, and we’re getting more and more excited about the opening of the Keller Lake apartment homes. We have some big changes coming to the grounds soon, so read on to find out what we’ve been up to!

Here are the highlights of our construction progress:

• Our model apartment home is complete! You can now tour and experience what your new home would be like at Keller Lake. Schedule a tour of our model apartment home below.
• Landscaping will begin soon. Concrete is being poured for sidewalks, curbs, and the piazza.
• The interior of Building One is in the process of being painted. All cabinets have been installed
• In Building Two cabinets, casework, and trim will begin soon.
• The elevator installation is starting in Building One as well.
