Clark Retirement Community's Franklin Campus is searching for our next Housekeeping Lead. If you are someone who is organized, likes things clean, able to prioritize effectively and want to help others, then this is the job for you! As a Housekeeping Lead you will also be responsible for the other Housekeeping Staff and will work to make Clark the best that it can be! Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, orderly and presentable condition
  • Report any issues or malfunctions of equipment so resolution may occur
  • Bring forth any concerns regarding materials being used
  • Maintains equipment to established standards
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and ready for next shift
  • Notify care staff of any concerns regarding resident
  • Available to perform other duties within department as needed
  • Provide support leadership to the Environmental Services Supervisor
  • Assist with scheduling and supply management in the absence of the Supervisor
  • Assist Supervisor with keeping the facilities in an “inspections ready” condition
  • Establish and maintain a liaison relationship with staff and Supervisor to be a conduit for communication
  • Is the ‘Go-To” person when Supervisor is unavailable
  • Performs weekly audits on cleaned rooms and reports results to Supervisor


  • 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping
