At Clark we understand that everyone’s financial situation and preferences are unique. That’s why we offer flexible financial plans designed to suit a variety of needs, ensuring you can choose the option that works best for you.
Financial Options at Clark
We provide two financial options, each with different services and benefits:
Entrance Fee (Continuing Care Retirement Community)
Our Entrance Fee option provides lifetime protection at a predictable cost. Residents pay a one-time Entrance Fee plus ongoing Monthly Fees. This plan includes priority access to a full continuum of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing) and eligibility for the Clark Promise. The agreement guarantees that you’ll receive the care you need throughout your lifetime with financial predictability. This option is only available for residents moving directly into most Independent Living residences.
Monthly Fee
The Monthly Fee option is available for Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care, , and select Independent Living residences like Clark Manor Apartments. With a single Monthly Fee, most of your living expenses are covered. This includes utilities, property maintenance, lifestyle amenities, and dining options. By consolidating these costs, the Monthly Fee simplifies your finances and offers a comprehensive living experience
Important:
The Continuing Care Plan is exclusively available for residents entering our community through Independent Living. Residents moving directly into Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care or Skilled Nursing are not eligible for the Clark Promise.
