As a Life Plan Community—also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)—Clark offers a variety of living options along with a Continuum of Care that adapts to residents’ changing needs over time.

Please note: The Clark Promise is available only to residents who enter Independent Living under the Continuing Care (Life Plan) contract; those on monthly fee plans or entering through Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care, or Skilled Nursing are not eligible.
