Clark is a Life Plan Community (formerly called a Continuing Care Retirement Community or CCRC), which is an age-restricted, retirement community where services and amenities, an active lifestyle, predictable monthly costs and the promise of lifetime housing come together to write the next great chapter of your life.
Life Plan Communities are retirement communities with an important added benefit: a continuum of care, which ensures that you can “age in place,” having planned ahead in terms of access to additional services and the cost of long-term care. Think of it as peace of mind if your health care needs change somewhere along the way.
When you choose a Life Plan Community like Clark, you pay an entrance fee which you, your estate, and/or your family can gain back a percentage of depending on the circumstances. You also pay a monthly fee, which will vary depending upon the home you choose, to cover daily living expenses and services.
An agreement between you and a Life Plan Community assures you that you will have a residence and access to multiple levels of care like assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, if you ever need it down the road.
While we may not know exactly what the future holds, wouldn’t it be comforting to know in the years ahead
As a Clark resident, we promise that you will always have a home in our community, even if your financial resources are depleted through longevity or illness. With this promise in hand, you can begin your next chapter with peace of mind knowing Clark will be your home regardless of what circumstances may arise.
A Life Plan Community (formerly known as a CCRC) typically includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The agreement you enter into with a Life Plan Community addresses the costs of various levels of care for life, providing lifetime protection for a predictable cost.
