Clark is currently seeking a campus attendant to work night shifts at our Keller Lake or Franklin campus.

A Campus Attendant will be responsible for securing the campus by completing door checks, parking lot and building rounds, along with light housekeeping and maintenance tasks.  Some of these tasks may include cleaning/restocking public restrooms, cleaning break rooms and offices, using a ride on vacuum or hard surface ride on floor cleaner.  Other security checks may include monthly fire extinguisher checks, exit sign checks, running any fire drills, changing batteries in weather radios, etc.

The Campus Attendant will be the point person for any campus issues or resident questions during the evening and night shifts.  The person will work with on-call maintenance and leadership if necessary.

 

Job Responsibilities:

This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, security and environmental services for residents are maintained at the highest level on both campuses.  This position focuses on security presence, environmental services, and safety checks.

  • Assigned to maintain specific areas of the community ensuring they are sanitary, orderly and are in a presentable manner.
  • Respond to, resolve, and report safety, security or maintenance issues or malfunctions of equipment so resolution may occur.
  • Conduct safety checks and perform safety drills per cadence
  • Bring forth any concerns regarding materials being used.
  • Maintains equipment to established standards.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Notify care staff of any concerns regarding residents
  • Available to perform other duties within department as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
