We’re seeking part-time and full-time Care Partners to join our team at Clark, a Life Plan Community that provides assisted living and memory support. As a care partner on our team, you’ll be providing service to residents in a person-centered and professional manner to ensure each resident’s comfort and well-being. We have a variety of work schedules available including every other weekend, part-time, and full-time with reliable and consistent rotations. We have opportunities available at both our Keller Lake and Franklin campuses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with residents and families to create opportunities for residents to direct their daily care and living experience
  • Supports resident’s level of independence regarding personal hygiene, personal care needs including but not limited to dressing and grooming, bathing, dental and mouth care, dining and nutrition, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs
  • Documents daily care-giving, activities and related findings. Recognizes and reports changes
  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy of the resident
  • Participates in and implements individualized resident care plans
  • Regularly facilitates activities and meaningful engagement
  • Participates in the dining experience including serving, clearing meals and snacks according to menu and resident preferences
  • Takes responsibility to help with household chores, maintaining cleanliness, laundry
  • Welcomes residents and families to join in daily life on the households.
