Clark Retirement is seeking an ambitious and self-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work with supervisors and employees to provide consultation and advice on all human resources matters. You will directly manage recruitment, performance management, compensation classification, employee and labor relations, and HR administration.
You will work with internal and external partners to create and foster a positive and inclusive work environment to improve organizational effectiveness, drive results, and ensure HR processes are communicated and implemented.
You will manage employee and labor relations issues including job description interpretation, conducting investigations, grievance processes, corrective action, and making recommendations.
We are looking for someone to provide ongoing innovation and improvements in the HR operations process. We strongly desire someone with an urgent work ethic and creative mind for problem solving.
