Clark Retirement is seeking a personable and compassionate Maintenance Tech for our communities. The Maintenance Tech should be a detail oriented, organized, and efficient professional with maintenance experience. We are looking for someone that can help us to create dignity, compassion, and respect for our residents and those who serve them.
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. We are searching for a dedicated candidate who has passion to serve the elderly, and to enrich the lives of our residents, families, and employees. This candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook, and be able to problem solve.
The maintenance tech will provide routine maintenance support to our communities, including carpentry, painting, and basic equipment and facility repairs for both campuses. Job duties will include performing repairs on our buildings, infrastructures, and HVAC systems, as well as a variety of miscellaneous duties and repairs around the building and grounds. The maintenance team will assist with snow removal in the winter as needed.
