Clark Retirement Community is seeking Hospitality Aides to join our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living teams. As a Hospitality Aide, you will be providing service to residents in a person-centered and professional manner to ensure each resident’s comfort and well-being. The Hospitality Aide will help our team by assisting with making residents’ beds, changing linens, passing waters, serving food and cleaning up meals, and helping with hand washing. A Nurse Aide certification is not required for this position, and the scheduling is flexible around meal times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving food trays
  • Cleaning up after meals
  • Helping residents wash their hands before and after meals

Requirements:

  • Experience in a long term care or skilled nursing environment (preferred, not required)
  • High school diploma or GED
