Clark Breaks Ground on $35 Million Keller Lake Expansion

Brian Pangle, Clark CEO was joined by Stephen Kepley, Mayor of Kentwood to break ground today on Clark’s exciting new $35 million expansion on our Keller Lake campus. The expansion, which will feature West Michigan’s first senior living community based on a town-square model, is meant to cater to older adults in search of active, independent living, with an impressive assortment of modern-day amenities.

“It is of the utmost importance that we continue to innovate and create senior-living communities in which our residents feel comfortable and cared for,” said Brian Pangle, Clark CEO. “This new life-plan community at Keller Lake will provide our residents with a living experience unlike anything else in the Greater Grand Rapids area.”

The plan for the expansion is based on years of research and exploration of the latest trends in senior living. Developers and architects approached the project with Clark’s tight-knit community in mind and worked to create a thoughtfully-designed space for residents.

Keller Lake Expansion Groundbreaking

In addition to adding 52 new apartments to meet the growing demand for independent senior living in our community, the expansion will also include open areas for entertaining, walking paths, a bistro, restaurant, and a piazza, among other special features and amenities.

At this time, 75% of the apartments have already sold. If you are interested, there’s still time to make interior selections and apartments with lakeside views are available.
