Keller Lake Towne Homes – Spacious towne homes are clustered around Keller Lake. Each towne home offers two bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, solarium, cathedral ceilings, and an oversized attached garage.
CLARK AT FRANKLIN
Towne Homes at Franklin – Our one- and two-bedroom brick towne homes create a wonderful neighborhood at the Franklin entrance. The towne homes offer full kitchens, living and dining rooms, sun rooms, and attached garages.

You initially pay an entrance fee of which a portion is refunded when you leave your Life Plan home. You also pay a monthly fee which varies depending on the home you choose and other services you may receive. It’s common for your loved ones to worry about your future needs and the potential “what-if’s” down the road.
