Clark Retirement Community is looking for an energetic, compassionate and caring LPN Lead to care for residents in our Assisted Living Center at our Franklin Campus. If you are a team player, have a smile, detail-oriented and driven to help others, then this position is just for you!

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a LPN Lead in an Assisted Living environment. They will have strong assessment skills, knowledge of charting and documentation, as well as great communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Part Time (11am - 7pm) 24 hours/week
  • Minimum of three years LPN experience in Assisted Living environment
  • Coordinates all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them
