It’s official — our newest community at Keller Lake is now open! Community leaders and dignitaries from across West Michigan joined Clark leadership, staff and new residents to celebrate the opening of the $35 million expansion on Monday, October 11th. Our first residents began moving into their brand new homes the first week of October.
Keller Lake Apartment Homes includes 52 spacious 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments, creating new and unique living environments that further foster energetic retirement communities, while meeting the growing demand for independent senior living in Grand Rapids.
“It’s more important than ever that senior living communities provide environments that are flexible to the needs of a growing and active generation of older adults,” said our CEO, Brian Pangle. “We embarked on this expansion project because we knew investing in a town-square model was the right thing to do to provide our residents with a living experience unlike anything else in the Greater Grand Rapids area.”
In addition to the spacious apartments, residents also have access to peaceful lakefront walking paths, a fully equipped wellness center, a piazza for gathering with friends, and a bistro restaurant – all within the community.
“The completion of the Clark at Keller Lake project wraps-up an effort over three years in the making.
