Keller Lake Construction Update: March 2021

It’s hard to believe March is almost halfway over. We are so relieved to feel life at Clark heading back to normal. The weather is showing signs of spring just around the corner and construction at Keller Lake is making great progress. The future is looking so bright at Clark.

Here are the highlights of our construction progress:

• Finishes have been added to many units in building three and they are starting to look more like the homes we’ve all been envisioning.
• Some ceilings still require a bit of work, but overall the progress has been remarkable.
• Cabinets, dishwashers, flooring and tiles have been installed throughout the building.
• The drywall on the first and second floors has been completed in building one, and the third floor should be started in the next few days.
• Building two has some drywall about to go up and will be catching up to building one before we know it.
• One of the most exciting parts is the siding, which will allow us to see the exterior start to come together.
