Retesting Due to Faulty Test Kits
Today, we learned from NexGen Laboratories the test kits they provided over the past two weeks, may be faulty. With this knowledge, we now must retest all residents in Oxford Manor and in the Windsor Manor designated COVID-19 unit. Retesting will conclude today; we have been told we will receive results within 72 hours. I know this news is disturbing and can assure you we will share updated results as soon as they are available.

It’s been wonderful seeing so many window visits and witnessing the joy they bring! We encourage families to visit any day of the week between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you need assistance with a visit, please contact Christina Turkewycz at email@example.com. Remember, windows must remain closed and masks must be worn!
We want to begin offering outdoor visits but cannot do so until Windsor and Oxford Manors are COVID-19 free. This decision is based on CDC and CMS guidance. In the meantime, we encourage you to schedule video calls and continue window visits.
