COVID-19 Update: May 27, 2020

Windsor and Oxford Manor Update

Thank you to our Windsor and Oxford Manor families for your patience and  understanding over the past three weeks. The COVID-19 challenges we’ve encountered together are unprecedented, never has We are Community rang truer than today.

Over the past week, we’ve been working closely with medical leadership from Mercy Health Saint Mary’s, Spectrum Health, and the Kent County Health Department seeking their assistance to enhance medical staffing at Windsor and Oxford Manors. Over the weekend, nurses from Spectrum Health began assisting us. Beginning today, we have additional nursing support from Mercy Health Saint Mary’s and continued support from Spectrum Health.

We are pleased to report we began moving hospitalized residents back to their Oxford Manor rooms this afternoon; all moves will be completed by tomorrow. Oxford West is considered a designated COVID-19 unit, only COVID-19 positive residents reside in this area and are only cared for by designated staff.

We are seeking guidance from the Kent County Health Department and infection control specialists from Mercy Health Saint Mary’s and Spectrum Health to determine when it will be safe to return Windsor Manor residents to their rooms. We hope to make these moves in the near future.

We will continue to provide updates in a timely manner. If you have questions, please contact us at info@clarkretirement.org.

Again, thank you for your continued support.

We are Community.
We are Clark.

Sincerely,
Brian A. Pangle
