COVID-19 Update: September 5, 2020

Life at Clark

It’s hard to believe six months have gone by since we started our COVID-19 journey. We’ve had ups and downs, twists and turns, and now we are living a new normal. The resilience of our residents and loved ones has been the wind beneath our wings. We are grateful for your support, understanding and patience and look forward to the day we resume life as we once knew it at Clark.

Executive Order – Update

  • EO 2020-174 extends the restriction on indoor visitation in our communities through
    September 30, 2020.
  • EI 2020-169 extends the restriction on communal dining and external group activities through September 7, 2020.

Outdoor Visit – Time Change

As we transition to autumn weather, we are making changes to our outdoor visit schedule to accommodate the cooler morning temperatures. Beginning Tuesday, September 8, outdoor visits times will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Franklin and Keller Lake campuses. The process remains the same, just the times are changing.  A few reminders:

  • To maximize time with your loved one, please bring your completed screening form with you (we will take your temp).
  • Make sure your mask is worn properly, it must cover your nose and mouth.
  • Please cancel your visit it you are not feeling well.

Outdoor visits are now being enhanced through our Eversound headphones! The
headphones help bring residents and loved ones together for more meaningful
conversations. Our staff makes the headphones available to residents who benefit from this great technology.

Happy Labor Day

Without a doubt, our staff is the greatest asset Clark has. We simply would be nothing
without their hard work and dedication. We hope you will take a moment to reflect on these wonderful people who inspire meaningful living every day at Clark.

We are Community.
We are Clark.
