With the expansion of the Clark at Keller Lake campus, we are looking for friendly, outgoing candidates to fill our Concierge position .  The Concierge will provide support to the Administrative staff and residents at the Keller Lake campus.  The Concierge plays a critical role in ensuring that services to residents, visitors and staff are maintained at the highest possible level.  The Concierge will always treat employees, residents, and guests with compassion, dignity, and respect by effectively listening and communicating with others.  This position will require a high degree of problem-solving and innovation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate a multi-line phone system.  Answer calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Work with and support key service areas of the campus and organization
  • Monitor entrance for safety and security
  • Ensure all visitors sign in using the kiosk
  • Assist residents
  • Prepare daily reports and update in-house information system

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Multi-line phone experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook etc.
