We are looking for someone with health care experience to recruit our newest and brightest teammates.

This part-time support position will focus on sourcing and phone screening applicants who are interested in joining the Clark team.  Our recruiter will work directly with our HR Generalist and HR Business Partner to fulfill the needs of departments across the organization.

The most popular job openings and career pathways include opportunities in nursing and caregiver roles.  Supplemental support roles in housekeeping, maintenance, and administration are also needed to ensure exceptional hospitality for our residents.

If you have experience reviewing candidate resumes, asking behavioral based questions, and connecting hiring managers with strong applicants in our field, we want to speak with you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods include HRIS, Indeed, job fairs, college and community connections
  • Regularly completing phone screens with candidates
  • Scheduling candidates to interview onsite with hiring managers
  • Evaluating needs of departments alongside Human Resources team and Department Leaders
  • Creatively writing job postings to highlight Clark opportunities and benefits
  • Celebrating Clark’s culture and maintaining it’s value as a top priority

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of recruiting experience in the health care industry
  • Energetic and self-directed attitude
  • Ability to work towards set goals and meet expected deadlines
  • Advance computer skills.  Knowledge of Kronos, Indeed, or other recruiting websites is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of required skills for nurses, caregivers, health care housekeepers, maintenance technicians, reception and other related roles
  • Ability to document details of recruiting cycle, communication efforts, etc.
  • Work horse attitude and ethic!
  • Great sense of humor and ability to chat with staff and candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences
