About her role:
As director of the Human Resources department at Clark, Samantha leads the partnership between the HR department and all other departments within the organization to establish and drive a culture in line with Clark’s Mission, Vision, and Values. She also develops strategies to recruit and retain top talent to provide an exceptional experience for residents and their families. Samantha plays a strong role in creating and implementing educational/development programs to provide growth opportunities for Clark staff as well as overseeing all HR functions and compliance expectations.
