Keller Lake Construction Update: January 2021

It’s hard to believe that it’s only been a year since we broke ground on our Keller Lake Apartment Homes. We are so excited that this is the year our residents will be moving into their new homes. 

Here are highlights of our construction progress:

• In building three, drywall finishing is in progress on all three floors and we are getting closer to beginning interior finishes.
• In building one, drywall hanging has begun on the first floor. On the second and third floor, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection contractors continue to work on their rough-ins. Rough-in work is expected to finish in January. We are also now able to get temporary heat in this building.
• In building two, we are about 90% enclosed from the elements now with windows in place and a roof installed. The last item to get us to 100% is installing patio doors. Once the doors are in, we’ll be able to fire up the temporary heat. On the lower floors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection contractors are continuing to work on rough-ins. 

Before you know it, it will be fall and the project will be complete!
