Keller Lake Construction Update: June 2021

Summer is finally here, and we’re feeling the excitement. Not just because of the warm weather, but because our Keller Lake Apartment Homes are getting closer to being move-in ready! Read on to find out just how close we really are to welcoming our residents.

Here are the highlights of our construction progress:

• Construction crews have continued to work on all the concrete aspects of landscaping, like sidewalks and parking spaces.
• Siding is going up, and the buildings that were once orange are getting a facelift.
• Building Three is nearly complete on the top floors, and the bottom floor is not far behind. Soon the units will be closed until the final cleaning before move-in!
• In Building One, painters are making their way through each unit. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors are busy finishing up the units as well, and once they’re done, the carpeting will be put down.
• Building Two has elevators installed and approved, and the doors and cabinets are being installed in each unit next.
