Keller Lake Construction Update: October 2020

Our Keller Lake Apartment Homes continue to take shape. It’s exciting to know that by fall of next year, the project will be complete and our residents will begin moving in.

Here are highlights of our construction progress in October:

• Building one is now completely framed in.
• On building two, the first floor wall panels have begun to be set and are scheduled to be finished by the end of this month.
• The stone veneer that will serve as an exterior piece of building three is nearly complete.
• The windows on the first floor are also being installed which is one of the last steps on building three for it to be completely dried in.

This next month will once again be busy and we look forward to the continued progress! We are so grateful to all of our construction partners and EV Construction who have gone above and beyond to continue to bring this vision to reality.
