One of the many wonderful amenities that will be available to our Keller Lake Apartment residents is the Wellness Center which opens this coming fall! Our brand new Wellness Center will have everything needed to reach your personal fitness and health goals — from group fitness classes to low impact cardio equipment to weights and strength machines. But the crown jewel of the Wellness Center is its unique location overlooking Keller Lake. The location provides a beautiful backdrop for outdoor classes and walking groups. All of this, just steps away from your new apartment home at Keller Lake.

The Wellness Center offers something for everyone, whether you’re looking to keep active, are recovering from an injury, or you’re just getting started on your fitness journey. Both the equipment and class offerings will be well-rounded to ensure your needs and goals are met.
If you love working out solo, the Wellness Center has all the equipment you’ll need including dumbbells, strength machines, cardio equipment such as treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, and rower, NuStep machine, and more. If you’re new to fitness or could use some support, our staff will be there to offer initial assessments and provide guidance to help familiarize you with the equipment.
Our group classes are a great way to connect with your neighbors while staying fit and active. Not to mention, our classes are loads of fun! We will offer a variety of group exercise classes focused on strength, flexibility, and balance but while also being fun and interactive. In addition to our indoor wellness center and offerings, we’re very excited for the opportunity to take wellness outside! The gorgeous grounds and serene surroundings at Keller Lake are perfect for yoga, Tai Chi, walking groups and more.
As with all aspects of our Clark at Keller Lake community, our Wellness Center programming is specifically designed with you in mind. We’re currently talking with residents about the classes they’d like to see. We will also continue to evolve and add new programming and features that fit your desires — don’t be afraid to reach out and let us know if there’s something you’d like to see!

The contemporary apartment homes offer spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Keller Lake’s town-square model will buzz with activity where residents can enjoy outdoor gatherings at the Piazza, contemporary and fine dining, a fully equipped wellness center, walking trails and more!
