Construction Update: Keller Lake Apartment Homes

Our Keller Lake Apartment Homes are really taking shape and we are thrilled to share some exciting construction updates. Last week future Keller Lake Apartment Home residents got an up-close and personal tour of the construction site, led by the EV Construction team.

Here are highlights of our construction progress:

  • Concrete for the underground parking structure has been poured
  • Walls for Building 3 have been completely roughed in
  • First floor walls for Building 1 have been roughed in
  • Walking path along the lake is complete
  • The retaining wall is complete
  • The Piazza has been poured

We are so grateful to all of our construction partners and EV Construction who have gone above and beyond to continue to bring this vision to reality.

Keller Lake’s beautiful new expansion features 52 modern independent-living apartment homes. The contemporary apartment homes offer spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom options.

Keller Lake represents the best of both worlds—tucked away in the beautiful Cascade area, close to shopping and Grand Rapids’ exciting city life. The expansion features West Michigan’s first town-square model, forming a tight-knit 62-and-better Life Plan Community bustling with activity. World-class amenities include peaceful lakefront walking paths, a fully equipped wellness center, a piazza for gathering with friends, a bistro, restaurant, and so much more.

If you would like to learn more about our newest Life Plan Community and how you can reserve an apartment home, please contact Melissa Guigue at (616) 247-9627 or Melissa.Guigue@clarkretirement.org.

Kent Companies, Inc. poured 300 yards of concrete in the parking structure. There were 30 truck-loads that came through the project in order to keep up with the demand.
